Cara meminta penghapusan
Akun dibuatkan oleh pemilik toko, bukan didaftarkan sendiri, sehingga penghapusannya juga dilakukan oleh pemilik toko atas permintaan Anda. Permintaan ini tidak dikenai biaya.
Penghapusan bersifat permanen
Data berikut terhapus bersama akun dan tidak dapat dipulihkan: akun masuk (ID dan kata sandi), profil (nama, nomor telepon, email, serta foto profil apabila toko pernah memasangnya), seluruh riwayat pesanan, seluruh faktur termasuk yang belum lunas, isi keranjang, daftar favorit, dan token notifikasi.
Catatan pemakaian aplikasi dan salinan data Anda di PostHog, layanan analitik yang kami pakai, juga terhapus secara otomatis saat akun dihapus. Salinan data tersebut hilang dari PostHog dalam beberapa jam.
Data yang tetap disimpan
- Catatan penjualan di luar aplikasi, yaitu nota kertas dan pembukuan toko. Catatan ini kami simpan untuk memenuhi kewajiban pembukuan dan perpajakan sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku.
- Catatan teknis server, yaitu alamat IP dan waktu akses. Catatan ini disimpan untuk keperluan keamanan, paling lama 90 hari.
Setelah akun dihapus, kedua catatan tersebut tidak lagi terhubung dengan akun aplikasi Anda.
Lama prosesnya
Kami memproses permintaan paling lambat 30 hari sejak permintaan diverifikasi, dan biasanya jauh lebih cepat. Penghapusan itu sendiri berlaku seketika dan permanen, tanpa masa tunggu dan tanpa arsip cadangan. Setelah akun dihapus, Anda tidak dapat masuk lagi. Pemilik toko dapat membuatkan akun baru, tetapi riwayat lama tidak dapat dikembalikan.
Menghapus sebagian data
Bagian ini hanya untuk Anda yang ingin tetap memakai akun tetapi menghapus sebagian datanya. Apabila Anda ingin menghapus akun, Anda tidak perlu menghapus apa pun terlebih dahulu. Cukup sampaikan permintaan Anda, dan pemilik toko akan menghapus seluruh data Anda sekaligus.
Keranjang dan favorit dapat Anda kosongkan sendiri di aplikasi, sedangkan nomor telepon dan email kontak dapat dikosongkan melalui Akun → Edit Profil. Token notifikasi terhapus secara otomatis saat Anda keluar dari akun. Untuk permintaan lainnya, silakan hubungi kami melalui kontak di atas.
Account & Data Deletion (English)
How to request deletion
Accounts are created by the shop owner rather than registered by customers, so the shop owner also carries out deletion at your request. There is no charge for this.
Deletion is permanent
The following is erased with the account and cannot be recovered: the login (ID and password), the profile (name, phone number, email, and a profile photo if the shop ever added one), the entire order history, every invoice including unpaid ones, cart contents, favourites, and push notification tokens.
Your app usage records and the copy of your data in PostHog, the analytics service we use, are also erased automatically when the account is deleted. The copy disappears from PostHog within a few hours.
What is retained
- Sales records kept outside the app, namely paper receipts and the shop's books. We keep these to meet our bookkeeping and tax obligations under applicable law.
- Server technical logs, namely IP addresses and access times. These are kept for security purposes for up to 90 days.
Once your account has been deleted, neither record is linked to your app account.
How long it takes
We process requests within 30 days of verifying them, and usually much sooner. The deletion itself takes effect immediately and is permanent, with no waiting period and no backup archive. Afterwards you will no longer be able to sign in. The shop owner can create a new account for you, but your previous history cannot be restored.
Deleting only some data
This section is only for customers who want to keep their account but remove some of their data. If you want your account deleted, you do not need to remove anything first. Simply send your request, and the shop owner will delete all of your data at once.
You can clear your cart and favourites yourself in the app, and you can clear your phone number and contact email under Account → Edit Profile. Push tokens are removed automatically when you sign out. For any other request, please contact us using the details above.
